Edvot Edutech provides virtual tuition and educational support for students studying under the CBSE curriculum from Grade 5 to 12. Sessions are conducted online by qualified instructors and are tailored to the academic needs of students in Qatar and the UAE.

3. Eligibility

To register and use our platform:

• Students must be enrolled in Grades 5 to 12 under the CBSE curriculum
• Parents or legal guardians must provide consent for students under 18
• Users must reside in GCC countries (primarily Qatar and UAE)

4. Registration and Account Security

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Login credentials should not be shared with anyone
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

5. Payment and Refund Policy

• All tuition fees must be paid in advance on a monthly or term basis, as agreed
• Refunds are only issued in case of technical issues or service disruptions from our end, subject to management approval
• Missed classes due to student absence will not be refunded but may be rescheduled based on tutor availability

6. Class Conduct and Code of Ethics

• Students must join sessions on time and behave respectfully with tutors and peers
• Any form of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or use of inappropriate language will result in suspension or removal from the class without a refund
• Recording or redistributing class content is strictly prohibited

7. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, video content, and platform resources provided by EDvot Edutech are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

Edvot Edutech is not liable for:
